Cafe Havana is a Latin bar which also full of tourists, or how they call White guys. There are lots of hookers as well, food is wonderful and music is great. Live band on saturdays night too.

There are two cafe Havanas. One is in Manila and the other is in Greenbelt, Makati. Lots of foreigners and great place to party.
